RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

There are no return/exchange nor refund on your order. Since this business is an actual product base, Orders are made in small batches and in detail. Due to health and sanitization reasons especially during the pandemic there are no returns/exchanges. It would be immediately discarded upon return to business location. Please take your time when ordering to avoid any delays or disruptions after your order is placed. Thank you.

If a customer receives an order that is damaged, please notify business owner promptly via email at viviang@viviansblisskincare.com within 48 hours or receiving item. Please provide pictures of damages. Cases such as this will be assessed differently for possible product replacement.

Fulfillment/Shipping Policy: Once order Is placed please allow 7-10 business days for order to be processed and shipped. Once shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. If your order is a pick up from store location, please wait for email when your order is ready to be picked up.
